BANQUET INFORMATION
Attendance: The customer must notify our banquet manager of final attendance count five days prior to the function. If there is no final count, you will be charged for the highest number of people you booked. The final count is the minimum number for which we will prepare for and for which you will be charged. All buffets require a minimum of 30 people. All parties under 30 will be served family style at an additional $1.00 per person. We prepare 10% over guaranteed number of people.
Prices: Prices and menu items are quoted per person and are guaranteed 30 days from receipt of deposit. After this time, prices are subject to change to comply with rising market and labor costs.
Taxes: All prices do not include 8.75% NYS sales tax, unless we obtain a copy of a Tax Exemption certificate.
Services: All prices are subject to an 18% gratuity charge. PLEASE! NO CONFETTI! A $25 cleaning charge will apply. For any parties that run over the alotted 4 hours will be charged an additional $100
Payment: All bills are due the day of your function. In order for us to save the date of your event, we must receive a $100 deposit - without one, your date will not be held. All deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance of your bill is due the day of your function. We will not accept partial payments.
Equipment: For your next business meeting or gathering, we have, on premise: An LCD projector, screen, conference caller, easel & wireless Internet at an additional charge.
Cater Out: We offer off premise catering for your event - from full dinners to custom made buffets. Delivery charges will apply, determined upon location. Servers are available upon request at an additional charge.
Cocktail & Dinner Parties: A full line of Hors D’oeuvres are available upon request. All items from our dinner menu are available for sit down dinners or buffets. Our main dining room is available on Saturdays & Sundays up to 4pm for family style dining. NYS law requires that all alcoholic beverages consumed on premise must be purchased by us. Persons must be 21 years old to consume alcohol.
